1. Give attention to important decisions
2. Don’t make snap decisions
3. Consider the impact of decisions on others and the customer
4. Ensure your decisions have been made objectively and factually
5. Brainstorm possibilities and solutions before making a decision
6. Check yourself for making assumptions
7. Weigh up the potential risks and problems
8. A decision which requires a lot of selling may be a decision that needs rethinking
9. Checkout potential decisions with others where possible
10. Get rid of the easier decisions you can make ASAP
