What happens in Coaching?
The initial meeting is always free and is a “getting to know each other session”. Typically I tell you a bit about me, you tell me a bit about you, We discuss a potential coaching agenda and then we have a short coaching session.
From this I’ll recommend a possible coaching structure. Typically we’ll meet once a month for 1 – 2 hours and plan a review after 3 sessions to see if we’re on track. At all stages you will decide what’s best for you.
Normally within the first three sessions if useful some behavioural analysis will be offered. I use a number of analysis tools including MBTI, Communication for Results, Transactional Analysis, 360 Degree Feedback and Strategic Competencies Assessment
