Have You Lost Your Mojo in January?
January is a strange month, particularly in the Northern Hemisphere
First it is cold, dark and gloomy weather-wise.
Then we are often dreading the bills after overspending at Christmas.
Finally if we have set any New Years’ Resolutions we often find that all our motivation and willpower drains away pretty quick, apparently by mid-January
In fact January 15th 2018 for these reasons is often considered to be the most depressing day of the year and is referred to as Blue Monday.
Do people in the Southern Hemisphere feel this too? Maybe not especially since sunshine does have a way of making us all smile.
However if you are feeling a bit fed up then maybe it’s time to take action and shake it off.
